Chandeliers for the 21st century

Further to our newly introduced range
of fibre optic lighting is this simply astonishing new range of
modern Chandeliers.

They utilise just one lamp source, making them very affordable to run, and of course we have made sure that they are totally Rako controllable.

The fibre optic tails hang vertically from the soffit supplied with the light. These flexible tails can be cut to any shape once installed. Tapered, flat or random it's your choice. No heat or electricity is generated by these fibres, which are maintenance free. No bulbs to change!! Each unit can therefore be tailored completely to your own unique design. You can achieve looks that are only limited by your imagination.

We've seen the light - and wow, what lights they are!

Starceiling is a new fibre optic lighting which we suspect will appeal to more the child in us than just the children in our family.
Made up of around 225 light points, and yet utilising just one lamp and controller, all of which can be controlled by your Rako system. These gently twinkling and colour changing lights give your ceiling the comforting celestial feel without having to stand outside on a cold night in your dressing gown.
Simple to fit and completely safe, the lamp can be positioned in an easily accessible place for easy changing and it can be dimmed by a Rako controller for just the result you desire.
A simply gorgeous addition to your home.

Rako - light years ahead
07/12/07 14:50
There are no end of lighting control
systems on the market, however British made Rako have one great advantage. They can be
added with major upheaval of your home.
Most control systems rely on having a central processor unit (perhaps under your stairs) that all the connections go to. This is fine if your building from scratch, but in an existing home it's next to impossible without major work to your home. Also once installed, these systems offer little in the way of upgrade without running more cables back to the controller.
With Rako, their excellent design is in their ability to be added in line of your lights at any time, just by gaining access to the mains point that supplies it. And don't think that they stop at controlling just your lights. Curtains, garage doors, pools, etc. can all be controlled by this ingenious system.
Setting your lights by four different mood setting can enhance your rooms and create a better living environment for you. Your first setting maybe some lights on bright so you can read whilst keeping your main central lights on dim. Your second setting maybe for movie watching, with you lights dimmed to an ambient level.
Rako even makes a unit that captures what you do for a week, so that when you go away on holiday it can replicate these light movements and give the illusion of people at home to anyone watching who shouldn't be.
Rako is affordable and easily fitted in most case, why not pop in and see how we can enlighten your house.
