She is a warm loving and generous woman, with a sharp mind and equally sharp tongue. Anybody who really thinks that anyone but her is in charge at Audio Images is badly mistaken, and we've seen the scars on the people who thought differently.

We feel it would be unkind and foolhardy to add any further comments about this kind and gentle lady. (Am I smarmy or what?).
